Quality Control
In accordance with the spirit of ISO 9001, product recipes, raw material weighing quantities, process values and test results are recorded to ensure traceability and sustainability in both development and post-development production stages.
Even each R&D trial conducted at Zeta Kauçuk has a separate stock code and its recipe is recorded. Thus, we make sure that your rubber mixtures are followed by prescription.
In every project we work on, the sample is submitted for customer approval upon completion of the R&D phase. Upon approval of the samples, the TDS certificate and TGA graph are shared with the customer and these documents are kept.
In the subsequent production of the product, the compatibility of rheological, hardness and density values with TDS is checked for each batch. For each order exceeding one month, tests are repeated for all other values included in the TDS and TGA graph is transmitted upon customer request.
